Our story
Marc Caballe and Eric Marcos have known each other for most of their lives. While working in a startup together in 2016, they went to a calcotada (a Catalan barbeque celebrating a type of onion similar to a leek) in the countryside outside Barcelona and found themselves stranded with car trouble. They called for help but had no way to communicate where exactly they were.
Eventually, the support agent offered his personal number to which they sent their location. On the way back to the city, they realized the enormous gap that businesses had with their customers: they didn’t provide support on messaging channels. The rest is history.
